Urbana Langsuan Hotel

Amazing hotel with amazing views. The pool is awesome with 360 degree view of the Bangkok CBD. Our balcony was another bonus and the views from the glass wall of the room was amazing too. Thanks to Genny for sorting out our initial issue with the room booking confusion. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay central.

Loved the location, environment and proximity to many things I adore about Bangkok - this area is upmarket, trendy and close to everything that matters especially during the festive season. The room is spacious and has smart TV, comfortable bed and decent shower with great balcony and adequate sitting and dining areas. Breakfast was pleasant and the pool is lovely with panoramic views of the surrounding areas on the 33rd floor - the changing rooms and shower area next to pool is also excellent. The Hotel also made a special effort to be festive ready and the decorations and lights were delightful and beautiful. The overall vibe is great at this friendly Hotel with staff always ready to help and provide assistance and a smile.

Our room size was huge which is perfect for my 2 young children to play and run around in. We had a room on the high floors so the views was my absolute favourite. The rooftop pool is beautiful with a large kids pool that was perfect for my children. The gym has everything you need to stay in shape with some wonderful views as well. All the staff was top notched - reception staff was helpful and accommodating, bell boys had the best customer service and the housekeeping staff always did a great job whenever we needed something. I was afraid of the location being too far from the BTS but it wasn’t as bad as I thought as there’s lots to see on the walk there. There’s lots of restaurants, 7-11 and grocery store nearby. Plus a massage place literally 2 mins walk away providing 270baht massages!! Overall I loved it here.

The facilities and the rooms within the apartment were good. Housekeeping was good - rooms cleaned and drinking water replenished daily. Never got the chance to use the pool and the gym. Just too tired from walking to and fro the nearest BTS station - chit lom. Wish it was closer to say, mercury ville then the walk wouldn't have been so long (and hot during the day time).

Location was exceptional . Very upmarket area . Room views ( we were at 1402) were very nice . The place was stocked with kitchen and washers etc . Mini fridge has some stuff which was decently priced too . There is a 1000 bhatt deposit that is refunded on checkout . This is standard for so many inhouse amenities bring provided . The staff was reception was very kind and quick. Rooms were crisp and clean with AC controls given for rooms and living area seperately. Pool is open from 8 am to 10 pm . The pool view is just great ...its gives you a new york feel with blinking lights :) Sauna and gym we didnt use ..but the place was just quiet and away from bustle . Breakfast was limited in positive sense and the ladies took good care of all . The omelette station is best and the bread crisper roller is great too . Over underdog kind of hotel. I hope it stays hidden :) 2 ATM machines in lobby too .
